General:

• Minimum order is $15.00 (including shipping charges)

• Make all checks/money orders payable to: ALC Imports

• Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20.00 or maximum allowed by law.

• All orders paid with a personal check will be shipped immediately after the check clears the bank.

• Credit card purchases are not accepted at this time.

• No  C.O.D.  shipments

• Do not send cash.

Shipping & Handling:

• All items will be shipped via UPS Ground inside the 48 contiguous states unless priority shipping is requested at time of purchase.

• All stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment.

• All non-stock items will be shipped within 2 weeks

• Minimum Shipping & Handling charge is $ 5.15

Sales Tax:

• All orders shipped to a California address must include sales tax.  Please calculate correct sales tax for your area and include on order form.

Guarantee:

• We have a simple guarantee.  If your not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a prompt refund (less shipping & handling).  Simply e-mail or fax (815-346-8245) our Customer Service Department and request an RMA number.   Please state reason for return.  After you receive your RMA number, ship your unopened products back to us, postage prepaid, with all the original packing materials.   Make sure RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.  Opened or partially consumed products are not returnable.
